“Hello, my name is Bodhi Todd I am a landscape and ocean photographer living in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, Australia.

I have always been fascinated by the ocean. The landscape I am surrounded in at home doesn’t change very often. That is why I am drawn to the ocean. The way the ocean can change in a split second is what fascinates me the most. The way waves break can change drastically from low to high tide. The way the light bends, refracts, and reflects when in the ocean.

I live an hour away from the coast but I feel most at home in the ocean with my camera in hand. I always remember going down the coast with my family to go surfing and boogie boarding. I started taking my GoPro out surfing with me, I then got rid of the surfboard and stated trying to get photos of the insides of waves. As a natural progression I bought my first full frame camera. I then saved for a year to purchase a housing for my full frame camera. This was a game changer.

Now one of the hardest decisions is whether to take out my board or my camera.

I am currently studying a Bachelor of Arts at The University Of Wollongong. I am in my second year majoring in photography and digital/social media.

I hope to one day support myself solely of photography whether that be selling prints or photographing weddings. That I am unsure of yet.“
